Desktop Effects is using some kind of broken Beryl Window decoration windows

If you look at the screenshot, at the top right and left corners of Rhythmbox there's red lines, those are the edges of the windows decoration when Beryl is installed. I removed beryl just earlier, but this seemed to stick. Anyone know how to fix it?

Run this command in the run dialog:
