Rhythmbox-ipod has no sound

Hi, Im running Rhythmbox 0.10.90 and my ipod nano 2GB is showing all songs and artwork but will not play the songs.   On checking the properties of a particular song I get the message shown in the attached screenshot.
Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to get the correct 'decoder', plugins etc.

I have looked around the forums for an answer but to no luck.   Rhythmbox opens up as default player when I attach the ipod.   Any help or guidance would be appreciated.

Resolved.   Installed Banshee and it works fine with my ipod.   Looks good as well.   Thanks amyway.
