help regarding Sys call man pages (2)

hello all,
i am new to linux. i have installed ubuntu. but i am unable to find the system calls man pages. it gives no entries found in section 2. also the package  man-dv is installed. suggestions please?

This I don't understand, please be more specific.  What is the package quot;man-dvquot; and where do you see it?  What are you trying to do?
