Bluetooth on AcerTravel Mate

i was tinkering around with my quot;newquot; laptop when i saw that i has a FN button to activte bluetooth  and when looking up the hardwares effectivly i did find that there is a bluetooth with a legacy driver .. but when i try to run gnome-bluetooth i get a conexcion errorhow can get ubuntu to quot;activatequot; my bluetooth.

I'm not saying you don't have bluetooth, but read this before you start trying to 'activate' it. My Acer TravelMate 2501LMi has a button to 'activate' bluetooth, but there is no bluetooth module  inside. Have a look at 'System' gt; 'Harware Information' to see if Linux has actually found one...
