How do I use AVIVO for Video-In?

I have an ATI Radeon 9200 with an AVIVO port. I have the required cable and it has been tested and working in XP. I would like to use this for Video-In, and possibly Video-out. Is there any way to get it working? I realize this card has had the support dropped from fglrx, so right now I am using the open source drivers.

Also, if you do know how to get it working, which program can I use to test the video-in, using a preview mode?
