Yes, but how depends on what you mean exactly. If you mean RDP (Graphical interface), than yes, that comes standard with the Terminal Server Client. If you mean a CLI, then that is also possible with either ssh or some nc, or even telnet if you are insane.

At home under Win XP to get into work i used to click remote desktop connection, insert a ucl and port and I'm in.
