Heh...I've had kind of the opposite problem. Any time there's a kernel update in , I have to readjust my monitor's settings within xorg.conf...and reinstall my wireless drivers. Also, for one reason or another, I could never get Network Manager to actually function with my wireless cards (Ralink based)...however, switching over to Fedora, I had no issues whatsoever. Wireless is auto-detected (and even auto joins my network) NetworkManager actually works, the resolution settings are perfect from the first installation... |
