fsck died with exit status 3 localhost, error

Last time when I started pc, there is some error and fsck is required.
But after completion of fsck, it died with exit status 3 and rebooted.. and that happened again and again..

done fsck with live cd but having the same error..

What is the meaning of exit status 3.

What should I do? Reinstall ??
